Privacy Policy
Who this policy covers
PSELON is a workforce-management service. Companies use PSELON to manage employee records, attendance, work assignments, payroll-ready periods, announcements, messages, and related HR work. The company that invited you normally decides why and how its workforce records are used. We process those records to provide PSELON and are responsible for information collected for account security, product support, billing, and service operations.
Information we process and where it comes from
Depending on the company's setup, PSELON may process names, email addresses, phone numbers, profile images, employment and role information, schedules, attendance and time records, work-site details, pay setup and payroll-ready results, payslips, leave, documents, announcements, messages and attachments, authentication identifiers, notification tokens, and support communications.
Information may come from the company, from the person using PSELON, from activity in the service, or from the device when a feature is deliberately used. If diagnostics are enabled, we may receive app version, device type, operating-system information, crash details, and technical context needed to diagnose a failure. PSELON does not use workforce records for advertising.
Location, camera, microphone, and notifications
The mobile app may capture precise location only when a person deliberately taps clock in or clock out, so the company can compare that event with a configured work site. Version 1 does not request background location and does not track location continuously.
Camera, photo-library, microphone, file, and notification access is requested only when a related feature needs it, such as sending an attachment or voice message or receiving a work notification. Device permissions can be changed in operating-system settings, although the related feature may then stop working.
Personal settings let a user control in-app banners, alert sounds, mobile push delivery, and whether message previews may reveal a sender or message text. Turning off an interruption does not delete a message or work alert from its in-app inbox.
Screen-capture protection
Production versions of the PSELON mobile app ask supported iOS and Android devices to prevent screenshots and screen recordings and to hide sensitive content in app-switcher previews. This protects employee records, payslips, messages, images, and other app screens together.
No screen-capture control is absolute. It cannot stop a separate camera, every modified or compromised device, or every operating-system defect. A website also cannot reliably prevent screenshots taken by a computer's operating system. PSELON therefore also relies on authentication, company separation, permissions, and user responsibility. More detail is available on our Security page.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, show the correct company workspace, provide configured workforce features, calculate and present workforce results, deliver requested notifications, prevent abuse, support customers, investigate errors and security events, administer subscriptions, and meet legal obligations. We may use aggregated or de-identified service information to understand reliability and improve PSELON when it no longer identifies a person or company.
When information is shared
Workforce information is shared with authorized people in the same company according to their roles and permissions. We also use service providers where needed for hosting, authentication, email delivery, push notifications, diagnostics, and other service operations. Providers receive only the access needed for their work and may process information in countries other than the user's country. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information.
Company separation and support access
PSELON separates each company's records and checks company membership and permissions on protected actions. People from one company are not meant to access another company's employee data. Authorized PSELON personnel may access customer data only when needed to provide requested support, investigate a security or reliability problem, protect the service or a person, or meet a legal obligation. Support conversations are private to the user and the PSELON support team; workplace or employment decisions should be raised with the user's company.
Retention and account closure
We retain records while the customer account is active and as needed for payroll, employment, security, dispute, backup, and legal requirements. The company may have its own retention duties. Backup copies may remain for a limited period after active records are removed. Support, billing, and security records may be kept where needed to document the relationship or protect the service.
Access, correction, deletion, and questions
To access, correct, export, or delete workforce information, contact the company first because it controls the employment record. A request may be limited where the company or we must retain information for payroll, employment, security, dispute, or legal reasons. Product privacy questions can be sent from signed-in PSELON support, to privacy@pselon.com, or through our public contact page.
Security, children, and changes
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, but no service can promise absolute security. PSELON is a workplace product and is not directed to children for personal or consumer use. A company that lawfully employs or otherwise manages a young worker remains responsible for required notices and consent. We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change; the effective date above shows the latest revision.
